In this post, I will talk about MISS UNIVERSE NATIONAL COSTUME!!!! YEAHhh
"MISS UNIVERSE NATIONAL COSTUMES"
It is undeniable that last week Miss Universe topic is one of the popular one among social media. People all over the world were looking forward to watching this competition for a year. So, last week it happened again!!!! And the winner goes to "FRANCE". Congratulations France. But, beyond the result there are several details about this competition. There are more than 80 contestants coming from throughout the world in order for being a representative of own country. All of them need to live together for 3 weeks in order to do activities and represent their country. During the mid of competition every contestants have to represent their national costume and the meaning behind their costume. And the last day of competition the the winner of national costume will be announced. And this year Miss Myanmar is the winner. Personally, national costume are compared as medium to connect people all around the world to know more about society, culture of each country. The most important thing of National costume is the deep meaning behind gorgeous costume!!!!
With over 80 contestants represent nations from around the world. This year Miss Myanmar is a winner of the national costume competition at Miss Universe. This incredible outfit included a jungle of leaves on top of her head that create Burmese puppetry. She wear a traditional black and white gown with the strings that attached her arms to open up the red curtain like in the picture above. The picture in red curtain is an incredible backdrop of temples and native wildlife. Overall, this outfit perfectly represent Myanmar in terms of lifestyle, dressing and even creativity. GREAT JOB MYANMAR.
In social media, lots of people tweet that Miss Myanmar deserve this award since this outfit perfectly represent every aspect of the country named Myanmar. As you can see that everyone around world can easily access to social media such as using hashtags like in the picture below.
In my opinion, Miss universe pageant compared as medium of people from all over the world to know and gain more understanding about culture and tradition of each country. For example, when audience watch this competition via social, TV, Twitter, Facebook, they will start searching more information. This is mostly because they are curious to know. Moreover, when contestants come to attend Miss Universe, they will have a chance to exchange culture in terms of LANGUAGE, THOUGHT. As you can see in several videos, many contestants teach one another about their mother language. It can be said that this is another optional way to exchange culture among contestants.

Miss Malaysia
Another stunning national costume is Malaysia. I can bet that when you see this national costume for the first time, you can notice that this is from Malaysia haha. This outfit was inspired by KL's Twin Towers. The designer said that this outfit was made from Swarovski crystals more than 100,000 pieces. OMG!!! Also, there are a tower-shaped cut through the shoulder which represent skywards and choker symbolising the key-bridge between the actual towers. For me, this outfit is very creative and caught my attention the most hahahaha.
Miss USA
Miss USA's National costume represent the power of women. Miss USA try to say that women have equal right to men. Don't be afraid to say or act anything!! JUST KEEP DOING IT. She try to convince that women are not beautiful just psychical character but also have strong power like a super-hero as Miss USA. Consequently, this outfit can portray that society in USA is equal. Everyone has equal right to do,say and even express what they want to say!!! Good meaning of National Costume!!!
Miss Indonesia
Miss Indonesia is looking very fierce in her National Costume. This outfit was inspired by holy bird of religious myth named Garuda. Garuda in Hinduism is a symbol of swiftness and strength. From this outfit, we can notice that the Indonesia's society believe in religion. According to the meaning of this amazing National costume, we can assume that Indonesia people believe in myth and ancient animal that why they came up with this beautiful outfit. National Costume say it all!!!! Are u guys agree with me?? :D
Moreover, in this beauty's competition also has several channels to make your favorite contestants get into top 13 round.
The popular way that many people all over the world did is"TWEET"
Another choice is voting via Miss Universe's application and Website.
Consequently, it can be said that mass media, Facebook, Twitter and so on are indispensable factor of human being in this present time. This is because they can interact, communicate and even change attitude of thinking of people in today's society. We cannot deny that Mass Media has a large influence on people these day. Nevertheless, we should use it in the appropriate way in order for gaining more benefit!!!
